Tungsten Invoice Status Service is an online service that gives you full visibility of your invoice processing and payment status, regardless of your invoice submission method. This ensures you spend less time on the phone asking for information about your invoice and payment status. Sanofi has activated this service on the Tungsten Network for all its vendors, you can login and check in which phase of the process your invoice is at the moment.

The Tungsten Network Invoice Status Service allows you to:

  • Check your invoice has been successfully delivered and received
  • Check if there are any issues with your invoice and get information on what is wrong so that you can quickly rectify
  • Check your payment due date for Approved invoices
  • Have full control over the frequency of the update

The Sanofi Helpdesk teams will no longer answer queries related to the invoice status for the countries where this service is live.
