In line with ambitious growth plans, we are now seeking to hire talented Account Directors to drive revenue growth and continuous enhancement of our client proposition through product/service lines, increased coverage and improved retention, based on deep relationships and an understanding of our clients‘ business.
Key responsibilities
  • Nurture strong relationships with our clients by continuing to provide solutions that enable them to meet their objectives

  • Design and implement a strategy to ensure C-suite coverage within our clients

  • Take a strategic view of the client relationship and plan on how best to maximise it

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities within existing accounts

  • Manage pipelining activity and reporting including robust monthly forecasting.

  • Proactive involvement in the pitch process for new and existing business.

Experience and Knowledge:
  • Proven experience in B2B account management working with FTSE1000 type organisations.

  • Experience in a SAAS, Tech, Telecoms or similar environment. International account experience would be a plus.

  • Proven track record of successful account growth and business development is essential.

  • Have the ability to maintain a high level of client service and responsiveness, with extreme attention to detail even when under pressure.

  • Have excellent communication and presentation skills and be confident and proactive when engaging with client audience

  • Undergraduate degree

  • Professional Sales Management and Methodologies, Communication Skills, and Large Account Management courses or program

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

  • German, French or Spanish an advantage
